This electronic headpiece is completely photo-powered and utilizes electrodes in the head band to make the wearer a part of the electronic circuit. The flash rate of one LCD eye is fixed, and the rate of the other varies as a function of the wearer's skin resistivity, which is one of the channels of a lie detector machine.
This was the second LCD electronic jewel that I created and, to my knowledge, only the second ever.
